”Had a little trouble getting in with code. Instructions left off final step. Great property. Quiet. Lot of road construction in the area right now. It met our needs for a couple nights and included everything we needed. ”

Units below us had odors that wafted up and loud music was played past midnight. Communicating with the manager seemed to be via AI and did not feel personal although they were responsive. Noisy neighbors live upstairs, which can be distracting if you plan on spending a large majority of your time inside. Otherwise, there is a park and beach nearby, while being located in a relatively quiet neighborhood. Personally, I will not return, but I recommend to anyone looking for a new experience in Norfolk, VA.”

”Cleanliness was just ok.. found laundry from previous occupant in closet and baseboards were super dusty. Kitchen has very bare minimum. But as pictured, bed very comfortable. Complex was noisy and stairwell smelled of weed. Neighbors had party into pm, and it was like they were in my room due to thin walls. Did reach out to management and noise gone within 10 minutes.
