I contacted the host straight away, who offered to change the bedding but insisted it was “clean, just stained” and that this had been missed by the cleaners. ”Lovely property with very nice and helpful staff. Food and drink was excellent. Just unfortunate that the room was so hot. It was a warm day but considering it was April and a 20-22C day I was shocked how uncomfortable the room felt. Portable AC is provided but not overly effective. ”

”Spent one night at the hotel. It is situated in a beautiful coastal town. The room was small, but clean and had a nice bathroom. We had an own entrance! The staff was friendly and helpful. We had an excellent three course meal at the restaurant. The breakfast was delicious, especially loved the fresh fruits! Nice that the hotel was so dogfriendly. Would love to stay at this hotel again :)”

”Great location for visiting Sandringham. Breakfast not included in room fee. My husband likes to read and write in morning. There was no desk in the room and no access to open areas in the facility. Being located “right next” to the road, with the bed on that wall, it was noisy. Double pained windows on that wall would help. ”

”The hotel was ideally located for visiting a relative in the nearby hospital. The ground floor room was large, with a large comfortable bed, kitchenette and bathroom. There were tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge, hotplate and microwave. I enjoyed swimming pool and steam room and there was also a sauna and spa facilities. There was a garden and an outdoor seating area. As we were only staying over between hospital visits, we did not use the restaurant.”
