”I couldn’t get the tv to go to just regular channels. There needs to be an explanation as to how it works so that people like me who are technologically challenged can use it. It also said to get in touch with front desk if any issues but there is nothing on the phone to let you do that so you have to get dressed and actually go to the front desk”

”Beds and suite mostly excellent. Staff were terrific. Cannot understand why a brand new Canadian facility would have such LOW TOILETS! Anyone over 6 foot tall or seniors who are somewhat inflexible - we are both - found it a long way down to sit on toilets built for a 10 yr old! Serious brain cramp at the design & build stage. Even much lower class hotels are smart enough to install adult height toilets during initial construction. We would stay again in a heartbeat but will not be doing so due...

”I booked a queen sized bed and it wasn’t a queen it was a double. They don’t have queen sized beds. Very disappointing. The staff was nice though. Just frustrating when you pay for something and don’t get it.”
