”The only good thing about the hotel was the location to the festival. They are more concerned about catering to their elite members. Our check-in was delayed by 1 hour which is 5pm because they allow their elite members a 4 pm checkout! While the lobby is really nice the room was mediocre and out dated. The AC never cooled off, the toilet didn't flush correctly, the water pressure in the shower only worked if the water was on super hot. For the cost this should have been a lot better...

”Everything was great for our few days. The staff members were great!! The only thing, if we need to mention any, the electrical outlet and blow dryer in the bathroom would not work. The outlet itself was the issue, I think, because nothing else would work when we tried. Kind of caught me off guard since I didn't bring a blow dryer because of one being in the room. Plus, it could not be detached from the wall to take to a different location. Also, there were a few light bulbs out in the lamps as...

”The hotel needs an update. The carpet, elevators and parking. The restaurant employees were very courteous and professional. However, the check in desk clerk could use a class on common courtesy, not very accommodating. Oh yeah, the water pressure in the vanity sink was very low. It was like at a rest stop.”
