”I was nervous about possible disappointment after reading several previous reviews but honestly sounds like a completely different hotel than the one I experienced. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to myself and my two dogs. We got a room on the ground level floor at the end of the hall for quicker exit/enter since I have dogs and it was a huge suite, definitely was not expecting that! Just based on previous reviews, I checked the sheets and floors for cleanliness and everything...
