”This is a very nice hotel with spacious, well-kept suites. The staff is friendly and helpful and the restaurant in the hotel (Tides) is actually very good. There was only one odd quirk. When we arrived in our suite, we found that the bath gel dispenser was completely empty. Although we made three requests to the desk and guest services, and were promised that they would take care of the issue, we were never able to get the soap refilled. ”The building and the staff were great! Such a cute property and a really nice room. Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). But the staff and amenities were really top notch, and breakfast was very tasty both days!”
