”What a lovely place! The property is gorgeous, rooms were clean. My toddler had the time of her life at the river pool and collecting shells at the beach. The fitness center was nice. Staff were exceptionally helpful! The only thing I didn't love were the food options - fine for a night but next time we will bring food or explore Williamsburg for better veggies, proteins and healthy options. Overall we had so much fun we booked our next stay before we left!”

”Was told room is not available, hotel is booked and that Expedia made the mistake! We had to beg for a room that we had confirmed. We arrived around 9:15 pm and was told checking in had to be done at 4. Never heard you have to be there on a first come first serve basis to stay -plus it was a comfort inn not Quality Inn as stated in Expedia App. Half the building looks like water damage. The AC unit in room is horrible noise and you can’t adjust the
Vent. ”
