”Excellent choice!! Very clean and home like, no fancy services of a hotel but one of the best/freshest places we stayed in New Zealand. Somewhat Scandinavian in style which we liked a lot, sort of a boutique accommodation feel to it. Not optimally located as it takes around 30min to walk to the center. Otherwise really nice place!

”This was a truly lovely place to stay. I love the heritage style and homey - yet stylish and clean - atmosphere. I've stayed here a few years ago, and I would stay here again. It's a great place to call home during my time in Dunedin. The room is a generous size and very comfortable - including a very comfortable bed, fresh beautiful linen, and a handy kitchenette. The bathroom is great, with a nice shower and tub for baths. The location is good - in-between North East Valley and the city...

”We really enjoyed our stay at Larnach Lodge. The castle and grounds are so beautiful. We stayed in the Scottish room and the balcony was a big plus overlooking the beautiful trees and water. A nice breakfast in the stables was included in our stay as well as a tour of the castle. Do not miss the 4 course dinner. The food was amazing and you get to eat in a real castle!”

The bed is comfortable. The bath room is also clean. The only little thing is the heat a bit loud. Everything else is fine.”

”Motel was ok. My point of view is affected by a few very nice motels we have stayed in the previous nights. Motel was clean and room was spacious. Bathroom was ok, but I dont like shower curtains in hotels. Also after showering, the whole floor was wet and no means to dry it out. ”

”Meille tuli yllätyksenä ettei huoneen sängyissä ollut peittoja. Viivyimme vain yhden yön ja ennen kuin huomasimme epäkohdan, oli vastaanotto jo sulkeutunut. Lähtiessämme seuraavana aamuna pyysimme henkilökuntaa merkitsemään tämän varaussivustolle selkeämmin ja he lupasivat tutkia asiaa. Muilta osin paikka oli hintatasoonsa nähden perus-jees.”
