”Friendly staff and comfortable room in a great location, only blemish was the paper-thin flooring separating us from the guests directly above. When the footsteps stopped thumping, we could hear their conversation quite clearly. The restaurant gave us a good meal at a reasonable price and the front desk crew could not have been more welcoming.”

”Location was ideal for me as i needed to stay near family. Although there is nothing near by apart from Starbucks, Costa, KFC 10 mins away. The rooms were ok, bedding was clean Although underneath the beds was not. I found not nice things in there, like chewing gum, cigarette papers, French fries. I only used the rooms to sleep and shower. The main issue for me was the window latches were missing or very loose and i did not feel safe while sleeping. The windows are not double glazed. When we arrived, it was Chloe who helped and informed us about the hotel, amenities, carpark and room booking. She is very knowledgeable. Thank you Chloe. The Room that was given to us was a family room which is very clean, comfortable beds, with two big mirrors and a comdortable single sofa seat which added to the elegance...
