”Terrible stay. From the moment I entered my room, I found an ozone generator running, which made me cough and caused lung irritation throughout the day. These machines are too risky to have on when guests arrive and should never be used in occupied rooms, as they can be dangerous to people and animals. They switched my room, but the issues continued. On the second night, the fire alarm went off at 4:00 AM for about 10 minutes, then again from 5:00 AM to 5:38 AM. I didn’t get any sleep that...

”I've been going to this hotel for years, whenever I'm in town. I can definitely tell there has been a change in management. The former manager Brenda ran a tight ship. The hotel was so clean it sparkled, the service was amazing....I mean Brenda hasn't been there in years and not only did she introduce herself to us but i still know her name. This hotel is still good. I will continue to stay there when I'm in town. The rooms are still clean. The pool is broken. One of the elevators is broken....
