”1. The room was exceptionally clean. Well maintained facilities. 2.We were not told the breakfast hours on check in. When I went to check on Breakfast at 9:00AM, the unpleasant cook said that the breakfast was over and no more service was available. The cook was not professional . She was very displeased that I inquired about the breakfast. I don’t think paying customers should be treated that way. . I gave no idea if the food was acceptable or not. 3. The heat was easily adjustable and the...

”I had an awful stay at this property and strongly advise anyone against booking here. First, I was double-charged for my reservation and have had to deal with the headache of resolving their billing errors. To make matters worse, the room was unacceptable the toilet was clogged and completely unusable. When I reported this to the front desk, the reception staff was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Their only solution was to offer a room transfer to a room that didn't even have a TV....

”Friendly helpful staff. Clean and well maintained. Ok breakfast and coffee. The gym was well maintained but small. We staff at this hotel whenever we go through Atlanta. Planet Fitness right up the street. Strip mall across the street has some good restaurants and a movie theater.”

”Nice clean room and property. However mattress too firm and pillows too soft. Did not sleep well.”

”why can't all $158 (all in) a night hotels follow this model, note for note. regular fridge/freeze a major plus for travelers, kitchen sink nice if you want to wash up some fruit for your next leg. I picked this based on how new it was, not price, and will stay here (and this chain) again. QR code for tips should be standard.”

”1.i have asked since December 25 why is there only 1 ice machine working and it on the 4th floor. Very fue plug in work in all the room I have stayed in. The staff is nice. So I guess I need to find a new place to stay.”

”Wet friendly and hospitable.”

”Was charged different price from what was quoted and hotel didn’t provide receipt called back and ask if receipt could be emailed it’s now 2 days later and still no receipt. How many times do I need to call??? Staff was friendly and nice.”

”Clean rooms. Close to Stone Mountain Park and Emory Medical Center When I asked for regular coffee I was told I could come to the free breakfast, despite having a kuerig in the room, and decaf for it. The WiFi was not working in the rooms. I was told a technician was coming to fix it the next morning. Wi-Fi still didn’t work the next day after I came home from my meetings. There is a large amount of road noise, and the only day I could sleep late, the landscapers arrived at 8am.”

”Very clean, smelled good, friendly staff. Decent food. Always a plus when traveling.”

”By far best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Stay cleaning all day everywhere. Smelled clean looked clean and updated.”

”This place is dirty, especially the carpet. And housekeeping don't do their job, there were coins on the floor under the table when I got into the room. In shower, there is no water pressure. Got two visits for the price of one, my first and my last.”

”The room was nice and clean but the view of the lake was everything. Very nice and quiet resort with plenty of things to.”
