”Every time we go to visit NYC we always stay here. We stay about 2-3 times a year. The location is about 5 min drive to Port Imperial which is the ferry that takes you to NYC. it has self parking on premises, stores around the corner, very clean and comfortable. My kids love the experience. Staff is always nice and on point. I gave 4 star for the amenity due to the pool. Its much smaller than it looks and its veryyy cold. ”The staff was amazing. The front desk dealt with an expedia bug that double booked customers very graciously and were very welcoming every day of my stay. The hotel is in a perfect location, quiet neighborhood close to most places you want to visit in nyc. They have a great lounge where you can enjoy drinks, food and watch a world cup game. Some noise from the streets carried very clearly to the room (7th floor), so it interrupted the sleep on occasion. The advertised breakfast was a disappointment - it’s just a coffee and a sweet pastry, which we had to request separately when the front desk said it’s not included in our stay (what it was and luckily we had it stated on the reservation).”
