”No bed tables nor lights. There is nothing to put phone around a bed. They think that is normal.”

”The rooms are clean, but when I walked in the room had a funky smell. Thankfully the AC worked and circulated most of it out. The sink also had sewer gas smell coming out of it, which never went away. Overall not a good place to rest your head be gone.”

”I appreciated the housekeeping staff. They knocked on your door daily to see if you may needed cleaning, always polite. The room was clean, although I usually get a king bed when I stay at hotels they're were only queens available but it was very comfortable. Front desk staff was also polite and helpful. The only issue I had was that for several days I had to listen to a couple in the next room having loud sex several times a day which became annoying.”

”This was a terrible experience from the moment I walked in. As I was trying to check in another guest was the the reception desk requesting a new room because her room smelled like "Death". The hotel clerk said I was registered for 2 rooms, which I was not. She then said "well I will charge you for both rooms then you can dispute with your credit cad company" I asked 4 times to speak with the manager. He never came to speak with me. ”This place is a gem– – a beautifully preserved building that dates back to the colonial era which nonetheless provides all modern conveniences. It’s only a stone’s throw from the center of town on a lovely leafy street. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We’re looking forward to our next visit. If you require an elevator, be warned – – this hotel does not have one. We did not mind bringing our bags up to our third-floor room, but that might be a problem for others.”

”Did online check-in and waited for digital key as I always do. Check-in time came and went and several hours later app still said that the room was being prepared. Had to go to the front desk only to be told that the room was ready. Not a big deal… But frustrating. Woke up at 6 AM to loud hallway music playing, open the door to find a speaker right above room 112 where we were staying. I’ve never been in a hotel where the hallway music was playing let alone loud enough to wake people up. Went...

”The room and grounds appear clean. The room is pet friendly and upon entering the room there was dog poop under one of the beds. The cracks of the couch and chair had food crumbs and that tells me they aren’t very extensive with the cleaning. Although it had a “full sized” kitchen, the stove wan not functional and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
