”Clean room .”

”Bathroom was the size of a closet, the a-c was in the wall and on the other side of the room, didn't cool the room at all and very noisy to keep on, you can't hear the t.v. They don't supply guests with pool towels so I had to buy my own and the pool is closed at 10.00 p.m. There are no phones in the room so you have to walk outside to get to the front desk and you better get what you need because the front desk closes at 5 p.m .”

”Cute little place close to the town, beach, etc. We will definitely stay here again.”

”Was a really nice family suite had a pull out sofa bed and two double beds in a room of their own stove top refrigerator and freezer microwave and the cabinets were stocked with plates, bowls, cups and silverware also had a toaster and pots and pans provided as well had a dining room table to eat meals at of course was beach front and within a half hour walk to the boardwalk staff was very friendly even had grills to cook out on by the pool, would definitely stay again hands down!”

”We loved the property and the front desk employees. They were so helpful. Our only issue was that on the second day of our stay they didn't clean our room. We were out for the day and when we returned at 5 pm our room hadn't been cleaned. The employees at the front desk did bring us clean towels and few other items and felt embarrassed that it wasn't done. Even with this we would stay there again.”

”The room wasn’t in the best condition, the sheets didn’t look very clean. The property needs maintenance specially on the outdoors.”

”You absolutely cannot beat the location! This is the ideal spot for families. Breakfast was good & surprising with ypgurt bar, frittatas & breakfast burritos. So much better than the usual.”

”Having living room separate from bedroom is great. We love the location. Park our car at the hotel and walk to beach, boardwalk, restaurants.”

”Bed bugs”

”The staff are always great. Love the morning omelets. The decorative fountain in the garden has been non functional for 2 seasons now. We miss it. The floor of the balconies on 4 th catch dirt and rainwater. Hard to clean, but still, it should be done. Try a wet dry shop vac. Overall, it’s a lovely place and we hope to return.”

”Clean room with beach view(4th floor, 2 units away). Coffee and cold water in lobby 24 hours. Microwave and decent little fridge w small freezer that worked . Quiet, and great beach location being the last hotel on the boardwalk. See you. Not too far from all the things on the main Street, but you're away from the crowds that the main Street attracts”

”Rooms and property are very clean. The pool area is excellent. Perfect location right off the beach and walking distance to Congress Hall and all other area shops and restaurants. The beach tags were great to have and use also! Very convenient to have chairs and umbrellas setup on the beach for use. Will definitely stay again!”
