”Property was great and had all we needed. Convenient parking at the front door. Large modern kitchen. Just a bit of advice for the property manager, I prefer bedside lamps for reading rather than just the overhead recessed lights, and there were no check out instructions. Still, those are minor things. ”

”I booked this condo in North Houston based on the location and the photos online, but unfortunately, the reality didn’t match the listing. The place looked much nicer in the pictures than it did in person. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable, and there was no hair dryer provided. ”Efraín was an exceptional host. He made sure my family and I were abreast of everything going on with the property. If the lights would be off or the water not hot for a few hours due to maintenance, we were aware and could make other arrangements. Maintenance came the first day of our stay to check on a leaking toilet and leaking window from the rain, but they did not repair the window. When it rained, the window would leak inside the unit.
