”Have been traveling a lot, If compare this experience similar in Asia , this is big disspointment, quite costly hotel, no any WOW feelings. We was waiting 7th floor room over hour and location was just a scrap, anyway room was clean and all working "old style US" Outdoor pool at hotel was run out towels and really dirty. Restaurants was closing really early at evenings , nice to see and stay short break, but one visit was enough for us. Staff was nice and Riverside restaurant was really nice...

”The room had a lot of space but everything (carpets, kitchen, etc) was really outdated and not very clean. No microwave in room as advertised. The pool was nice and breakfast was ok. The service was poor specially for towels. ”
