”Everything thing about our stay was great from Check in to check out and the staff were all great!”

”Room was clean and staff pleasant and helpful.”

”Horrible the hotel had no hot water when I was told my room would be comped. Nothing was done.”

”Clean room and good stay while in Charleston. With a shuttle to the airport, very convenient.”

”For a one-night stay, it was convenient and felt safe. Low pet fee. Some issues with cleanliness in the room and the breakfast was pretty lacking. Friendly staff.”

”Was given a dirty room twice and staff was not present for most of the day at the front desk.”

”Saw 2 bugs in the bathroom in the sink and on the counter upon entry, and saw another bug on the ground a few minutes later. There was a hair in the shower that was there when we arrived. People talking, making noises and shouting outside and people moving around in the room above all night long made it nearly impossible to sleeping. I wish I had found somewhere else to stay.”

”Worn down. Crappy parking lot”

”Cute room-everything updated and very clean. Bed was comfy, bathroom was clean.”

”This was my second time at the property. The first time I stayed the staff was extremely helpful and the bathroom was clean. Loved the tile design. Three weeks later, different room. The bathroom had that brown mildew in the shower and around the plastic of the door. Gross. Maybe a different cleaning person for that room. Either way, won’t be going back. On to try the rest of Charleston hotels. Hopefully they clean their bathrooms better.”

”Rooms are spacious and entrance area is well lit.”
