Good Vibes Only! Amazing location, easily walkable (0.4mile)to lots of great Park Circle restaurants and bars! 10 minutes to Charleston International Airport and 15 minutes to downtown Charleston!
The space

We have tried to think of everything you will need to relax while you’re on vacation. Here’s what people say they love most about this home:

• Awesome location walkable to neighborhood bars and restaurants!
• New furnishings throughout including ultra-comfy memory foam mattresses in all bedrooms!
• Smart Roku TVs in the living room and master bedroom!
• Quiet, fully fenced backyard with string lighting to enjoy day or night!

The living room and master bedroom feature Roku smart TVs ready to sign into your favorite streaming apps! The master bedroom has a super comfy memory foam KING bed and USB ports in both bedside lamps to charge all of your devices and a dual closet for plenty of storage. The other two bedrooms also have great memory foam queen mattresses, charging ports and lots of closet space! If needed the living room sofa can be pulled out for an additional queen bed. In the bathrooms we supply extra plush towels and luxury Gilchrist & Soames brand soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion to get you started. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need to cook your favorite meals and we also supply a Keurig coffee maker and a few assorted pods! The large dining table can seat 8 and you’ll enjoy the independent wet bar for fixing your favorite cocktail! Heading into the fully fenced back yard there is another table and chairs with string lights hung above ready to enjoy the low country nights! It is a safe and easy walk, less than half a mile to great neighborhood bars and restaurants such as the Tattooed Moose, DIG in the Park, Commonhouse Aleworks, LOLAs seafood and many more!

Guest have full access to the house except for the supply closet in living room and owners closet in back yard.
Other things to note
Park Circle is a fun, eclectic and bustling neighborhood. The home is near a train crossing so you WILL hear it from time to time. Airplanes can also be heard sometimes since Charleston Airport is very close.

Please note the fireplace is not available for guest use.

Please note there are security cameras around the exterior of the building.

Gus is an excellent host, always quick to respond! Ideal location for our trip. The home is cozy with the basics of what we needed. Quiet neighborhood, with the exception of the scheduled train that passes nearby. It was not an issue for us as we were out exploring the entire day, in fact my kids thought it was awesome. I would come back for a longer time next time we're in town.

SEWE weekend

We enjoyed our stay. Easy in and out. Clean efficient place. Never found the remote for dining room light.....lol. I would recommend this place and hope to use it again for future family gatherings.

It's a rental

It is nice and going to provide you with the basic amenities. It is walkable to park circle restaurants.Quiet neighborhood and you hear the train whistle. I would rent again, had no issues here but i did not go in thinking it was going to be like home.

Thanksgiving Family get away

Everything was great, the home was just like it was described to be me and my family really enjoyed our time there and it was close to our family that live there who we were visiting for the Thanksgiving weekend.

Good vibes for sure!

We came for a concert at the Firefly Distillery and stayed at this property because it was close by. The house was great and close by a lot of other things well. The host was fantastic and responded to messages promptly. Overall great stay!

Great family stay

We were looking for a rental in Charleston that would be a good commute between the beach, the city, the low country and the airport and this provided not only that but all the accommodations we needed for our party of 6. We also enjoyed walking around and exploring the park circle area which is walkable or a quick 2 minute drive. The host Gus was easy to communicate with and was very helpful as well when we forgot some items after checkout. Would definitely recommend this rental!
