”The staff was amazing, very positive and helpful. Always wanting to make sure that you're having a great stay. If there's anything you're needed it's attended to. We had a great time as a family and no problems or concerns whatsoever. It's a beautiful property and the beach area is perfect. Lots of good food options and snack options, even a beach grill during the day. We will be back ”

”Palveluhenkisyys ei ollut aivan muun maailman tasoa , varsinkin naispuolisilla tarjoilijoilla oli melko tyly asenne. Tämä hieman harmitti maksettuamme matkastamme melko paljon, mutta asia on selvästikin henkilökunnan johdon tiedossa. Ruoka oli erinomaista ja kaikkialla oli siistiä. ”The included activities, dining and drinking options and quality, as well as free shuttles to area excursions are incredible. The resort staff make you feel welcome and encourage guests to participate in everything you can squeeze into your time at the resort. The fitness center and spa made it easy to have a nice morning workout, followed by some laps in the pool, and a game of pickleball, or tennis and even squeeze in a massage if you enjoy them. ”I had a very nice stay at the Riu Palace. The resort was very well kept. Staff very accommodating and nice. I enjoyed the buffet more than the restaurants. Would definitely stay again. ”

”Entertainment was good. Some staffs were very helpful and polite, and some seems a bit impatient. Overall, everything thing was good. We had a private dinner with 14 guests, and our waiter was awesome his customer service was very good. Others need to learn from this young gentleman. ”
