We listened to a 90 minute promotion ad just for them to say they needed $12,000, YES $12,000 that day to be a VIP. Also the promotion representative said we was getting a $60 massage coupon off of a $94 massage and when we went to use it, the massage rep said it’s only good for a higher massage. Time wasted.”

”We stayed here for 2 nights, the rooms are really small and attracts a lot of insects by the lights outside the room and in the balcony. Other than these two issues, the property has a lot of amenities, really nice pool, and ton of restaurants. Although, we were looking forward to dining at the Indian restaurant, which was closed for both the days, but the chef was able prepare something at the buffet.”
