”This property does need some upgrades the customer service is horrible. The elevators and phone was down and we had no way to contact front desk for anything or housekeeping. I need to know if it's a way to contact front desk if there was an emergency.”

”Rooms at Signature level were the same. But noisier bec these rooms are also for ONE night stays for party goers! “Exclusive” pool wasn’t exclusive and bartenders showed up an hour later! The buffet has cross contamination with how their food is cooked and also served - with shrimp and shellfish and pork both cooked and served with the fries and salmon and hash browns! ”A Unique experience. For me who enjoys comfortable surroundings I could only stay here for 2 nights max. Depending on which type of accommodation you stay in, we stayed in the Queen of Sheba family hut. Very spacious, alot fun but rustic. The main reason for visiting this property is for the location andbreathtaking views. The cliffs and sea are beyond beautuful, an experience worth every penny. Staff are non exsistent but friendly enough when you do encounter them. It was a weekday stay...

”This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at....Room and bed was fabulous and the view of ocean was perfect! The staff were wonderful and food was always first class....I stayed 10 days and have already made plans to re book!! Tyrick the bartender always helped along with Nick and the chef Cristina....the owner Anna also made sure everything was nice and made the stay unforgetable!!!......The pool was exceptionally clean and warm,so I did spend time there,which was great!!!!”
