”The hotel, staff, restaurant and location are excellent However the rooms facing the lane are extremely noisy... we were woken up at 7.30am by loud truck deliveries and garbage trucks... and late at night, the hotel staff would gather and talk loudly just below the hotel room windows. Also, the hotel has no parking, so you either have to be lucky and get a spot on the street in front of the hotel, or pay to park in the lot up the hill. ”The overall stay: The Reception Managers were Excellent especially helpful carrying our Heavy case to the third floor Attic room 23 overlooking a flat roof garden below. The Suite was excellent but the carpet needed to be replaced. The inclusive Breakfast was plentiful and served by happy Staff. Although there was not a lift my wife’s Mobility scooter was carried into reception and carried back to the front of the hotel for my wife to use during the day. We would definitely be happy to stay...
