”As a first time ,solo traveller, I couldn't praise the wonderful staff at this beautiful hotel enough. They were all so friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble , particularly in the restaurant and bar. The hotel has only been open a few weeks and there are still a few facilities not open but I will certainly return next year when the pool area etc should be complet. Thank you for a lovely stay”

”Amazing views, very lovely staff, easy parking, very clean and comfortably spacious rooms. Only thing to note is that if the bar / restaurant is open and music on, and it's summer and you have windows open, it can get a bit noisy on the top floor. We stayed Friday and sat night so that might also make a difference. Parents were in room on cliffside below the restaurant and was much quieter there. Five stars easily even with this!”

”I had a fantastic stay! The host Chris was incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel at home from the very beginning. The homemade breakfast was absolutely delicious and prepared with so much care – definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The location is beautiful, with stunning views of the Atlantic, making it the perfect place to relax. I would happily come back and highly recommend this lovely B&B!”

”I watch a lot of hotel programmes so I'm a bit od a critic. Room was very clean and fresh. Friendly welcome and goodbye. Breakfast was nice. Great view of the hills and a short walk into the village”

”Very good view of the harbour.Didn’t like the stairs,Low beams.Needs brighter signs warning of low beams would help.Kept banging my head Could do with better selection of food.poor breakfast very greasy.Staff very friendly Had issue when we arrived as our room was given to another couple.Fair play to senior staff They moved the couple to another room.They had to get us some more biscuits as they had eaten them.”

”The staff were very helpful and let me store my pole vault pole, which is over 4m long, in the basement free of charge for the duration of my stay, which was very helpful. The hotel is only a short walk from Fistral Beach and convenient for the town centre. My single room was a good size with large window overlooking the sea.”

”Lovely retreat in a quaint village placed conveniently between both coasts. Glamping at it's best. The hosts discreet but easily reached. Issues sorted swiftly (beside weather not in their power :).CLose to Newquay, Truro St Ives.Lost garden of Heligan and an amazing pub,walking distance from the site with beautiful food. Breakfast available,basics provided. I had a lovely time despite feeling that the wind will.blow away the tent over te Atlantic. Sturdy tent.”
