”The hotel was in a great location & our room even had its own patio! There were quite a few stairs from the street to the hotel lobby but staff right away offered to carry up our suitcases. The staff was extremely helpful & accommodating! I would go back again! And walking distance to great restaurants & Pike Market!!”

When we opened the sofa bed, linens or pillows. Called front desk and a short time later, a plastic bag containing the linens was delivered to our room. When housekeeping came to do the room, the sofa bed was left unmade and again we had towels for 2. The cleaner was outside our room, I asked for more towels and she spoke 2 words...
