North Eastham Hotellit

”I called them Friday to tell them the ferry wasn't running so I couldn't get there and they told me I did NOT have a reservation! I was charged anyway. What is this even about? I spoke to a human there.”

”This is a review for Four Points by Sheraton Eastham Cape Cod. A few months prior to our trip, Ocean Park Inn, called to say they moved us to the Sheraton Eastham Cape Cod. Seems someone wanted to rent the entire Ocean Park Inn. The Sheraton Eastham Cape Cod is a decent hotel, but it caters more to families and can be quite noisy from 8am to 10pm. Our room was on the 2nd floor, facing the indoor pool, which only added to the noise level. Additionally, the excessive heat and humidity...

”Easy booking”

”Nice staff, clean rooms and pool was open and clean.”

”We enjoyed our stay at the resort. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect. We enjoyed the fire by the bay. The walls are thin and we ended up using a white noise ap to block out the noise. A warning to anyone who struggles with stairs. There is not an elevator and even if you get a first floor room the breakfast buffet is gonna flight of stairs. If stairs aren’t an issue for your group then this is a great hotel.”

”Refurbished Motel with a seaside theme. Room was clean, warm, great bed and shower. Breakfast was fine. Large tv but bizarely no cable, only those free Internet channels. Well located for the Cape, excellent value for money.”

”Parking was easy and the room was clean. I found that the white towels were quite gray and some were actually stained. I think the towels could use replacing. I have recommended Rodeway in the past, but I am a bit hesitant now because of the shabby towels. Respectfully ”

”Staff were lovely upon check in! Parking super easy! Location amazing for ferry proximity! Room cleanliness? Well… it definitely hadn’t been swept in days. Also used wash cloth found on bathroom floor and stains on sink vanity.”

”When we checked in, the woman at the front desk seemed indifferent. She checked us in and handed me the keys, but didn’t provide any information about the hotel, such as where the pool or hot tub was located, what time checkout was, or any breakfast suggestions. Nothing at all. We booked the Premium room for that hotel and found we were facing a wall, no view even though the hotel is by the water. I went back downstairs to ask if there might be a room with a view, but before I could do that,...

”Clean room”

”No breakfast on the first day and had breakfast on the second day but could be better. Stuff was terrible to rude not professional at all. I will never visit this Location anymore. The worst experience ever.”
