”There is actually ac at this hotel which is not advertised. It’s also walkable from the railway station. We took uber from the train station to the hotel. It’s only cost us 8 pounds. We could have walked to the hotel if we knew it’s only 400 meters away. It’s literally just around the corner if you know the way. However, The road to the cruise ship on the other hand was harder and not well signed. We missed a few turns but eventually got to the ship in an hour!!! We found that there’s no use...

”Lovely setting, great welcome, food superb, staff friendly and helpful We had the suite (kingfisher) which was an excellent room except for a radiator being stuck on in the bathroom. The lady in charge (lovely lass) managed to get it sorted as the outside temp was up in the 30’s!!! If I have any criticism of the room, a little use of bleach would have gone a long way but please don’t let that put you off. The place is very very good. This is our second time staying and it definitely won’t be...

Room furnished with freestanding pine double wardrobe accommodating full-sized ironing board, electric iron and hairdryer. space divided into 2, left side fore and aft clothes hanging rail (6 hangers),right side 3 shelves 2 drawers. The wardrobe double doors warped, difficult to open & close making loud squealing noise! the drawers were off their broken runners and operated...

”Excellent place to stay. We went to Peppa Pig World for multiple days, and really enjoyed the beatiful and comfortable place to stay. Food was also great. Staff was super friendly. Was our 2nd stay and will come back! ”

”Excellent, the little arrival chocolates are Devine & a lovely touch. As is the welcome postcard. It’s these little things that make it a home from home, lovely beds, great food - nespresso machine & illy coffee. Pure class, highly recommend. I never give 5 stars, but here we are. Staff were superb on arrival, helped settle me in & made to feel welcome.”

”Food poisoning the first night, rooms hotter than the sun, zero water pressure in the bathrooms. Constantly chasing staff for the most simple things. They ran out of ice. No fans for the rooms. No one collecting glasses or emptying an ash tray. Asked for a coffee in the morning and waited 15 minutes.. got up to ask where it was "oh i couldn't find you" yeah because you were in the kitchen flirting with the chef.. Could be such a wonderful place, if the staff weren't recreating Fawlty Towers”
