”Check in was easy reallt friendly. Breakfast was good enough options to quickly have something and go about your day. Room had an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. Tea and coffee I the room too. Nice for a short stay”

”It's misleading to say you provide breakfast when the only breakfast is make it yourself. The only thing on offer was stale cereals and bread that I had to cut the mould off. The toilet doesn't flush properly and the shower doesn't drain properly but it was a good shower. There was no food available in the restaurant. It also states it provides parking. It doesn't.”

When we asked and received the second card it blocked access for the original card. This happened for both rooms we booked. - We stayed 4 nights, it's frustrating that you have to request cleaning by 10am for the following day. - When cleaning was requested, they made the bed but did not clean the bathroom or replace the towels. ”We had the attic room and it's very spacious. The bedroom has a huge bed that is not too soft and we slept like the dead. Dual aspect with sky lights. Fan and extra soft cuddly blankets if needed. Hairdryer, ironing board, iron and microwave. However, the fridge was the reason I booked. A seating area where you can chill without a TV on and a small book shelf with a wide variety of books. We were very pleasantly surprised. Lindsay, the owner is a lovely fellow and you could just stop and talk...

”The house is spotlessly clean and it’s very well laid out , from arriving and getting key ( a lovely lady answered the bell and advised how to get the key ) . You get in as is very clean , it has 4 double rooms and one shared shower/toilet , very impressive with the lay out . I would 100% recommend and book again”

Coffee and non-dairy milk included - thank you Terry :) we really enjoyed our stay and had a super sleep. The hot tub looked inviting but the weather was just a bit too miserable for us to venture out there. Next time!”
