”Clean and spacious rooms. Attentive staff. Good variety for breakfast. My only negative is that it is really hard to find the entrance into the parking lot. Especially after dark. Google maps couldn't even accurately direct me. You really should consider better directional signage. ”

”What a gem! Our suite was so clean and spacious! Amenities in the room are great, and there was plenty of bedding, pillows, and towels for 4 adults and 2 kids. The decorations are spot on and the renovations that have been done to the room were beautiful. We will stay here every trip to Coeur d’Alene!”
”This is a decent hotel for the price range. The front staff was very friendly and pleasant, welcomed us with a big smile. Room was spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. There was a note from room service staff welcoming us. They had online check in and check out system, which worked well. ”
