”The staff was polite. The pictures shown in the ‘ad’ do not look at all like the lobby nor the rooms located at the property. We could not get into our room as the card key didn’t work and the couple we were with had to change rooms because someone was smoking cigarettes and weed in their room. It was noisy and we did not feel safe. We left as soon as we woke up. ”

”I booked this hotel for a two-night stay but checked out around 5 AM the first night because the room conditions were unacceptable. The room was not just unclean—it was clearly not serviced at all. The sheets were stained and not properly fitted. The floors were visibly dirty with debris throughout, and none of the surfaces appeared to be wiped down. ”I found a bed bug on my pillow when I arrived. I told the front desk, said I wanted to cancel and get a refund, and found another place to stay. I was yelled at, made out to be liar, and refused my money back by the owner even after I provided proof (a picture and geotag). Expedia finally gave me my money back, but the hotel owner and staff still haven’t taken responsibility for the incident. I’m truly appalled, not even by the bed bug, but by the way I was treated.”
