"Everything was absolutely awful. We got there at midnight and had to wait to check in. When we got to our room it smelled like smoke inside the room. We checked the bed for bed bugs and found the floors and desk was never wiped down. It was filthy. We finally got some sleep and woke up to shower ..."

"This hotel (if you can call it a hotel) was terribly. It had a bad smell, 1000 bees flying around door, the hallways had no air, the room itself was stuffy and had barely any air flow. We left. I have never left any hotel that I have booked and I have traveled the world. Do not ever book here!"

"Staff very friendly! Rooms have a kitchenette but no utensils, dishes, cookware, etc which is odd. Very bright lights in parking lot shine through blinds all night. Had to request a housekeeper to remove a big hairball from the shower drain."

"Very nice cabin with amazing views. It is missing a hot tub. The spa was not great as the water went cold quickly. A dedicated hot tube on the porch with a view would be amazing. The place is huge and otherwise very very nice. Although in the mountains the cleaning was not up to what a luxury property ..."
