”The staff was polite. The pictures shown in the ‘ad’ do not look at all like the lobby nor the rooms located at the property. We could not get into our room as the card key didn’t work and the couple we were with had to change rooms because someone was smoking cigarettes and weed in their room. It was noisy and we did not feel safe. We left as soon as we woke up. ”

”I found a bed bug on my pillow when I arrived. I told the front desk, said I wanted to cancel and get a refund, and found another place to stay. I was yelled at, made out to be liar, and refused my money back by the owner even after I provided proof (a picture and geotag). Expedia finally gave me my money back, but the hotel owner and staff still haven’t taken responsibility for the incident. I’m truly appalled, not even by the bed bug, but by the way I was treated.”

”Easy to access off I-40. Park outside around building. Rooms very basic but clean. Appears to have new flooring in rooms which is nice. Comfortable beds. Ice, vending machines, washer/dryer available for guests. Breakfast is self serve coffee, danish/muffins, coffee n waffle making apparatus. Good price n location for one or 2 nights’ stay in area. Would return.”
