”Our Seaside Suite was beautiful and looked like it came straight out of an upscale beach magazine. The pool was great for our 8 year old son and just a quick 2 min drive to beach on property was great. Really nice pickleball courts, restaurants and ice cream shop. Food Lion is right across the street which was perfect for beating the crowds. We travel monthly and are looking forward to returning to Litchfield Properties.”

”Well I am sorry to say for total of $433/ night or $1332 total 3 nights this was not a real pleasant experience. Entrance lobby, elevators, hallways were musty and dirty. Restaurant was in a shambles.. turned ringer off and would never answer. Closed 8 and 9 weekends . The worst was a unwashed bath towel covered in Feces stains. Absolutely horrible. Fortunately the maid said oh I'm so sorry sir they must have not washed it and put it in the wrong pile for us to restore the rooms. I was...

”I had pre-paid for the room a month in advance. However, upon arrival at the property, I was informed that a room was unavailable, and no alternative solution was provided. It was suggested that I contact the booking agent to arrange alternative accommodations.”

”I didnt like having to come downstairs to get more towels. People did not hold their dogs in the elevator. The elevator wait was ridiculous, it kept skipping the floor I was on. But overall I enjoyed the property and will be back!”

”First of all the room was very small It looks much bigger online the bedroom doesn’t even have a door no privacy whatsoever. The door to the balcony does not even lock, but it was a clean room. The pools had trash in them. There’s nowhere to park. You have to park across the road then there are homeless people all around your vehicles at night would not recommend Bluewater resort to anyone.”
