”The place is nice and quiet and very clean. The house itself is very unique in style considering it's an old house. The staff are accomodating, helpful and friendly. The only problem is the parking space, its like first in, last out or the other driver has to move his car if you're at the back and need to come out ahead of them. Otherwise, all in all, the place is ok.”

”This property is a steal! Super affordable price, beach front, and hospitable staff (Ate Emma). The only thing missing is wifi, but for it's price, you won't mind. The place is near degisit and Lighthouse, ermita hill, and there are many stores where you can buy. This is a budget-friendly but nice place. Thanks ASJ and Ate Emma!”

”Our experience was unique as the day we arrived Baguio City was under a typhoon and there were many problems around the city with downed trees and power outages. The owner met us at the property and explained the situation, what we needed to know about the facility, and that he would be working to make sure we were safe and had water. We didnt have any power until our last day there. Because we were visiting friends, we stayed anyway. The owner took great care of us! The townhome and bedrooms...

”Batad Rice Terraces is a must see, but have to be physically fit for it is very steep, high, narrow and very very long walk. But once you overcome the almost 1 hour walk with rest, it is worth to see the place. Definitely, get a guide and a stick to go with you. The owner of the place gave an excellent service.”

”The accommodation is quite old already. Location is very convenient. Staff are nice. Service is good. We didnt encounter any problems. I think the place needs renovation already. ”

”This is one of the most unsanitary places I’ve been in. The toilet looked unclean and the bed had a few critters on them. It had lack of electricity (no microwave, bad wifi service unless you’re on the second level). There was another resort beside us which had all necessities. Would be better to book a stay there. ”

”The location is close to the port going to hundred islands. The accordion type bathroom door in our room is an afterthought in design and usefulness. Your knees touches the door when you sit on the bowl.”

”Overall, it was nice and all of us enjoyed the whole duration of our stay. I can say that I may recommend it to our friends. Though I have just one concern. The owner, is quite strange regarding our booking schedule payment. They are charging us in cash while we already paid it in full using the credit card. That's the only thing it seems weird to me. Other than that, we're fine though. Thanks!”

”Avoid avoid avoid. I stayed here for 1 night with my wife, 2 kids and old man. The next morning the electricity and water was out. Perfect, if you like the "I've been sweating all day and all night" look and smell. To make matters worse the air-conditioning was weak and failed to keep the room cool, it's undersized for the room. Stay elsewhere.”

”We felt very welcome here. At arrival we were offered a nice cup of cofee and a good talk. Fine clean room with good beds. Nice sitting room with open fireplace. We ordered breakfast next morning and it was very good. Only thing we did not like was that the room was rather cold in the evening and night. ”

”Alvin was our host for one of the units at this property. He was very responsive and attentive. The unit was very clean and tidy. We were a party of 9 and 1 child. There was a great view of the city as well. I recommend staying here. ”

”Seemed like a home as opposed to a hotel. It was very nice having the kitchen to make hot meals instead of eating in a restaurant. Hostess was very kind and made sure we felt welcomed and that are needs were taken care of. I would definitely stay there again when in Baguio.”

”The skyline view room is has a nice view. The amenities inside the room was great. The staff and servers in the resto. were very friendly and polite. They are very helpful esp. if you have a disability. The cons - not convenient to shop or eat elsewhere. Generally, we would come back to this hotel. ”
