”Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einfache Hotel ist in ein sehr guten Zustand. Gemeinsames Aufenthaltsraum und Küche ist sehr sauber. Zentrale Lage in Santa Maria, Ilocos Sur. Das Hotel ist in 1. Stock, deswegen nicht geeignet für Leute die mit Gehbehinderung.”

”The property is all good and quiet (except the cooker is faulty). It is walkable distance to the market and parks, although it can get really busy with traffic. The room is clean, relaxing - there’s hot water in the shower but it doesn’t last long, it gets cold before you even finish showering. No lift to go up to your room nor down, so if you have lots of luggage it’s a struggle, especially if your room is on the top, and stuff won’t help to take your belongings upstairs so be prepared for...

”We felt very welcome here. At arrival we were offered a nice cup of cofee and a good talk. Fine clean room with good beds. Nice sitting room with open fireplace. We ordered breakfast next morning and it was very good. Only thing we did not like was that the room was rather cold in the evening and night. ”
