”Front desk staff are very helpful in many aspects of our stay. Rooms were clean and everything work well.location to the beach is great. Open air lounge/reception area is nice to hang out and have coffee and padasel. Will stay there again.”

”Area is accessible and staffs are friendly”

”Place was quiet.”

”I want to give Susada 5 stars, but there were problems. I give them the benefit of the doubt that the problems were out of their control. However, the staff made the best of a bad situation, which is why I gave them 4 stars. If they put mini refrigerators in the rooms, I might come back.”

”Casablanca is a hidden gem the resort is beautiful the rooms are beautiful and spacious. The owner and staff are all amazing. Great place to stay also many restaurants in the area to pick from.”

”Clean room”

”Friendly stuff enjoyed my stay for the price. It’s reasonable, large, clean restroom, smiling faces every day in the front lobby and secured by a gate. The room can be a bit noisy but like I said for the price it’s worth it and if you don’t mind or you’re a heavy sleeper than this will be a great choice walking distance from the mall to the government center and one block from the hospital for emergencies”

”The staff was very nice. The kids loved the little beach. The food delivery service was great. The patio area and tables and chairs were nice. We were able to park our car right by the front door no problem. 15 minute drive from the hotel to the we’re watching facility.”

”We enjoyed our stay here. Its 8 minutes walk to alona beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. We also love the theme style hotel. We find it creative. The staff are really nice too.”
