”Actually I end up not staying a night of the scheduled 3 nights. I tried to get s refund but it seems the modus operande is to exhaust your patience and time so as to make you give up your claim. First, the host failed to provide any instruction as to check in, how to get the keys, and most important is that after 10PM, nobody’s there to attend to you! Arrive 12AM after a 4-hour drive and end up not able to check in. Contacted the number in the email which end up to be a call to Switzerland,...

”Host was excellent and responsive to questions. The loft was just as pictured. Very clean, nicely decorated and equipped. Would return and recommend. There’s a couple bar/restaurants a block away with good food/service. Also an ice cream and burger place less than a block. We had a great stay and enjoyed the town. ”

”I really enjoyed staying at Sara's property. It was comfortable with lots of comfortable couches and a nice view out the windows. The bedroom had blackout curtains and was really quiet for a good sleep. The kitchen facilities were good for a nice coffee in the morning and microwaving a quick dinner. I appreciated the nightlights and other small touches. The shower was great. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay!”
