For those who enjoy the annual North Myrtle Beach Christmas Boat Parade, this is the perfect location to grab "front-row" seating!! For a day off the beach shopping, dining and activities/entertainment are minutes away.
Unit is on the first floor with ZERO stairs and plenty of close parking just outside of the sunroom.
Unit comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and offers a master bedroom featuring a memory foam, Sleep Number queen mattress for optimum rest and smart TV with Roku. There is also a double pullout sleeper sofa in the living room and smart TV with cable. If you enjoy gaming on your IPad/Tablet this unit provides free Internet and WIFI!
Please note that this is a privately owned condo, located in a gated community and requires a gate card to enter. Prior to check-in, you will need to pick up the gate card at the co-host's office, on Highway 17 (about 2 miles from the condo). You will also need to drop the gate card off at the same location after checking out.
Away from the crowds and chaotic high rises, I love my clean and updated unit, with fresh paint, flooring, furnishings and decor. I believe you will too!
