Summary:

Newly renovated studio close to the beach with shared pool.

* Windy Hill is a section of beach located on the southernmost end of North Myrtle Beach, SC.

*One of the greatest advantages of this area of beach is its access points to both the Atlantic and Intracoastal Waterways.

*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host.

*Only 1 pet up to 50lb allowed.

* Pool is open from June 1st to September 30th



The Space:

*Studio

* 1 queen bed, 1 bathroom

* AC

*flat screen TV .

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*1 parking spot available. Please notify the host in advance if arriving with more than 1 vehicle.

*No mailbox for this location.

*Pool is shared.



Other Things to Note:

*Please review my house rules.

*Only 1 pet up to 50lb allowed with pet fee.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*No mailbox for this location.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

*condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns. or concerns (host prefer to be contacted through Airbnb app chat)



Interaction with Guests:

Please communicate through the site or app only. I recommend that you download the Airbnb app for easier communication. You can call or text to the private number only in case of urgency.
