Public Transportation: While public transportation options are limited in the area, Coast RTA operates some bus services serving the wider Grand Strand region. However, routes and schedules may be limited, so it`s advisable to plan accordingly.

Biking and Walking: The Beach Cove area is pedestrian-friendly, making it easy and enjoyable to explore nearby attractions and the beach on foot. There are also bike-friendly paths for those who prefer cycling along the coastline.

We want your stay to be as comfortable and convenient as possible. Please keep the following in mind:
- Starter Essentials: We provide a starter supply of essentials including kitchen towels, toilet paper, and trash bags.
- Linens & Towels: Linens and bath towels are included. Fresh sets can be swapped out during your stay for a small fee. Please note that pool towels are not provided.
- Beach Gear: Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided but can be rented seasonally from the on-site lifeguards.
- Cleaning: For your comfort and safety, the unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest.
- Parking Limitations: No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.

POTENTIAL OFF-SEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the off-season (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grand Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Off-season rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 6. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent the day of check-in.
