The main bedroom and living room each include a Smart TV with cable for your entertainment. Convenient on-site laundry facilities are located just outside your door.

Step outside to soak up the sun, take a relaxing stroll, or fish in the North Myrtle Beach waters. Enjoy access to the community grilling area, large swimming pool, and outdoor shower.
Rates for weekends, holidays, and special events are subject to change without notice and do not include the 12% tax or additional fees. The Sea Cabin Pier is currently under construction.

The pool is accessed via proprietary magnetic keys and there will be a $150 fee per key to replace if the keys are not left on the kitchen table when checking out.

Pest control services are scheduled for the 2nd Monday of each month.

Renters must be 25 or older. Absolutely no house parties, smoking, pets, motorcycles, or golf carts.

By booking, guests agree to hold unit owner harmless for any accidents, damage, or lost/stolen items during their stay. Renters must also comply with all resort rules and regulations.

This is a non-smoking property. Smoking indoors will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
