- No House Parties or Chaperoned Groups: House parties are strictly prohibited. We do not allow chaperoned student groups or student rentals—no exceptions.

- Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. If booking as a group, all guests must be 25 or older.

- Maximum Occupancy: This rental sleeps up to 6 guests. Rollaway beds and cribs are not allowed. Guests with infants may bring a pack-and-play.

- Parking: Due to limited space, only 2 vehicles may be parked at the property. Boats, trailers, and motorcycles are not allowed.

- Fireworks & Laser Pointers: The discharge of fireworks is illegal within city limits and strictly prohibited on the property. Laser pointers are now illegal and may not be used.

- Meticulous Cleaning: This condo is cleaned by the owner's personal housekeeper, who cleans only this unit per day to ensure exceptional cleanliness for your arrival.

The view was amazing. The balcony was small but ok for the two of us. The bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable. However, when we got to the unit, the door was stained, dirty and needs to be replaced (at the very least painted). The transom window above the door was filthy. The two sinks in the primary bath were extremely slow draining. The toilet ran continually unless the handle jiggled. The shower floor was slippery. The kitchen was very nice except the kitchen sink faucet never, ever got hot no matter how long you ran it. There was a 9 inch rip on one dining room chair. The rugs were thread bare or were throw rugs that were a tripping hazard. Overall, the place needs a good deep cleaning.

Property was decent. View from the balcony was outstanding. It lacked things we were used to, like a set of sharp knives, hair dryer, garbage disposal. The drains were slow.. Overall it was nice place and we would rent again.

Relaxing Family Beach Vacation

This condo at Shoreham Towers II was a very pleasant and comfortable place for our family vacation this year. We had a great time. The oceanfront view from the balcony was just as we expected. The room itself was clean, well-lit and inviting. The AC worked well also. All the beds were very comfortable and in good condition. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the things we needed to cook dinner in the room - which we did multiple times. The building itself is quiet and so is the beach in front of it. We never had to wait very long for the elevator. The other tenants in the building were good neighbors to have for the week. The staff at Carolina Resorts Realty were very kind and helpful and provided some good advice when Tropical Storm Idalia rolled through. The building manager was similarly helpful in that regard. We stayed right through the storm and never had any trouble - the water never got past the dunes in front of the building. Check-in and check out were a breeze. The pictures on VRBO don't show curtains on the balcony windows, but they are there. The ones in the master bedroom were quite effective at blocking out the light and the ones in the living room let just enough light through. Also, you can disregard the negative 2 star review posted on 8/7. I found it to be very unfair and inaccurate. This unit is in excellent condition - you can rent it with confidence! We would be glad to stay here again.

Disappointing for a Premier unit

Queen bed dis bot have a box spring it had a mattress that inly had 3 slates that wer cracked. We called maintenance they came out said the bed needed a box spring due to ot being an old aet that was NOT made to only have a mattress. Maintenance didnt come back day 2 said they were gung up with other jobs. When they did come bavk day 3 they put some wood braces that were to long under bed that broke off as soon as you laid onnit. Called again they said they would bring a box spring or a new bed. Didnt do either. Entire week was on a broken bed. Totally un acceptable! The vent fan in 2nd bathroom couldnt used it , it sounded like it was about to come out of the ceiling it was ratteling so bad. They have grates over the lights about the sinks in both bathrooms, it was getting rwady in candle light they werw so dim. Not one functioning dresser in any bedroom. In fact one rm disnt even have a dresser and the other two you couldnt open the drawers they would stick. The dinner table chairs werw ripped. The owners have a lot of much needed improvements for renters. My family has been going to cresent beach for 20 yrs and this was by far the worst unit we experienced with the furniture. Its a shame you get all this money renting this unit and put nothing back into it. I will certainly never rent Shorham Towers 2 unit 9c again. And this was a premier unit ! Not even close. Maintenance for this unit was also absolutley terrible. No urgency and then not to rectify the issue.

Nice Condo in a good location

The condo itself is very nice with an updated kitchen and very nice showers. There were some very minor maintenance issues like the towel rack fell apart in the master bath and a torn seat cushion on one of the dining chairs. It is a little smaller compared to North Myrtle Beach places we've stayed in the past but none of this effected our stay. The balcony is not private and is small but serviceable. The facility needs some update but it appears that they are working on that. Parking is as a premium. All in all we would stay here again.

Very clean, beautiful view of the ocean.

The condo was very clean, owners were very nice. They were easy to get in touch with when I had any questions. The unit had a marvelous view to the ocean. All appliances were new and there were basic things such as towels, toiletries, etc needed which was a plus. The pool was a nice size and I like the fact that it’s private and the ocean area is not far from the condo. It’s a very short walk and has easy distance to walk. The condo and pool have to have key access to get into which was nice and made me feel secure. The neighborhood was beautiful and it was very safe and quiet. I brought my mother in law with me which was handicapped and this was no fault of the owner whatsoever (poor planning on my part) and the bathrooms were a bit difficult to maneuver her in. And the shower didn’t have a chair but it did have hand rails so she was able to stand. The only thing I missed was a hot tub but we knew the unit didn’t have one. All of the neighbors and people at the place were extremely friendly. Overall I definitely recommend and would stay again :)

Beautiful View and great beach access

This property was very nice overall. I will say that being on the 9th floor provides an amazing view of ocean with no added distractions. The washer and dryer worked fine but washer was incredibly loud so don’t expect to do laundry in the evening! Also ceiling fans would be a nice addition to bedrooms.

Crescent Beach condo

Property was nice. Washing machine sounding like a bearing was going out and made a terrible noise. Small balcony but enjoyed sitting out in the morning. It looked like some things were being remodeling, which is good. There was an excess of dinner plates and other dishes were nice. Could use a few more drinking glasses. This may sound like a bad review, but overall we were pleased with the unit.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very neat and clean. Has everything we needed for our time there. The location was perfect. Beautiful sunrises, loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves roll. The only thing I didn’t like was the lighting in the bathrooms. Was like trying to do my hair by candlelight.

Great spot at the beach

Wonderful condo! Very clean at check in, and getting in was a breeze. Condo has quick access to stores and entertainment, and less than five minutes to two large grocery stores. Two elevators and plenty of carts for cargo made trips in and out very simple. Property had washer and dryer, only complaint was noise of those units when running. We tried to wash at night at first and probably woke some neighbors! We left some soap(dish and laundry), trash bags, sugar packets for coffee, and toilet paper(only one spare roll per bathroom). These things weren’t provided so hopefully we helped the next guests! Checkout was just as quick as getting in. Great property for the value.

Condo was in great shape, very clean, spacious, decorated nicely. Excellent view and well stocked for kitchen items. Liked the closeness of the beach and pool. Really liked the carts to carry items to the room.

Bargain for the price

If it was just my husband and myself that had been on our beach vacation, I would say this place is perfect. But it rained part of every day and the place was just too small for four adults and two active children. Oddly there were only five chairs at the dining table. Management company was excellent and responded quickly to a minor repair that we discovered upon our check-in. Beds were very comfortable.
