Meticulous Attention to Detail: 17th Floor Ocean Front Condo

So for the 1st time in many years, we will have December and January open (2025/2026) and will accept inquiries for long term (30 or 60 days) for that time period. NO admin fee, NO owner's fees like most other condos charge. Just the rental rate & a cleaning fee. Look at every other property, you won't find one that is even close to the quality ours has. We've never had less than a 5 Star review, since the property was built! The best condo in Crescent Shores & one of the best in all of North Myrtle. 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths condo (Sleeps 10); 1800+ sq ft, located in the North Tower at Crescent Shores. Our condo is on the 17th floor offering 25 mile views up and down the Grand Strand. If all you want is a place to sleep, this condo isn't for you. If you appreciate attention to detail, cleanliness and a beach condo that has been taken care of by the owner and its many return guests as if it were their own, then you've found your beach retreat. ** We only allow Sat - Sat rentals, unless long term **

These pictures were taken in 2020. What you see IS what you get. A direct ocean front condo that has been completely renovated in every way. This is not an investment for us, it is our vacation home. So when we're not there to enjoy it, we hope you will. We purchased this condo from the original owner. We take pride that more than 50% of our vacationers are return guests. The ceramic tile floors are professionally scrubbed, cleaned and sealed every December and June to keep our condo "Fresh" for our incoming guests. We just replaced the King size mattress in the primary and the pillows in all 3 bedrooms (Jan 2025).

LIVING ROOM: 55” Samsung LCD with PS3 BluRay player; Sound bar; Twin leather sofas; Plantation shutters; Sliding glass doors open to the 26’ oceanfront balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee/juice while watching the dolphins swim around.

MASTER BEDROOM: King sized bed; 37” flat screen wall mounted TV with separate center speaker; BluRay player; Ceramic tile floors inlaid with hardwood.

MASTER BATH: Custom luxurious spa shower with ceramic rain tiles and (8) total massage shower heads/sprays; jetted spa tub. You have to see it to believe it (see the pictures). Brand new mattress (Dec 2024).

BEDROOMS #2 & #3: (2) Queen beds in each room; (1) Bedroom has an En-suite bathroom; 37” flat screen wall mounted tv; Ceramic tile.

KITCHEN: Granite counter tops; Upscale cabinets and custom back splash make for a chef's dream come true. Everything you need to cook is provided. Keurig and standard coffee pot also provided.

Ceramic tile through the entry hallway, kitchen and both guest bathrooms. The condo is equipped for sleeping 10 people comfortably in the (3) bedrooms.

The Crescent Shores property offers the following: 200 ft. lazy river, 110 ft. outdoor pool, heated indoor pool and an exercise room on the premises. A private covered parking deck for the sole use of Crescent Shores residents/vacationers is located directly across Ocean Boulevard for added convenience.

Our weekly rental rates include complete bed linen and bath towels. Please bring your own Beach Towels and Beach Blankets. We use only high quality bed linens and towels so that you can sleep comfortably and have fluffy, luxurious towels. We also offer guests the use of several beach chairs, boogie boards and a beach umbrella (free of charge).

The entire Crescent Shores property has a NON-SMOKING policy. This NON-SMOKING policy applies to the balcony area as well. We do NOT allow PETS of any kind. No Exceptions! Violations may result in your reservation being terminated with additional cleaning fees applied. If there is any odor or trace of smoking in our condo upon check out an additional cleaning fee will be assessed. Please help keep our condo 100% Smoke Free.

Motorcycles, trailers and RV campers are NOT ALLOWED on the Crescent Shores property.

We offer weekly rentals; Saturday to Saturday ONLY unless long term. Check-in time anytime after 2:00 PM and Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Monthly rentals may be available if booked in advance. Please call for monthly rental rates. If you have to cancel inside of the cancellation period, I will do my best to rent the unit. If I am able to, I will gladly refund your deposit.
