Äskettäin uusittu, 3. kerros, merenrantahotelli, lähellä Barefoot Landing

Tämä on kauniisti uusittu, merenranta, nurkkapäässä sijaitseva huoneisto Windy Hill-osassa North Myrtle Beachiä. Tämä yksikkö mahtuu korkeintaan 4 henkilöä, 1 king, 1 täysi, ja siinä on täysin varustettu keittiö ruoanlaittoon. Tämä huoneisto remontoitiin vasta tammikuussa 2015, ja siinä on 2 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta. Tämä yksikkö on suora merenranta, josta on upea näköala rannalle, joten voit rentoutua parvekkeellasi ja avata näkymät merenranta-altaan alueelle ja nauttia iltapäivän auringosta.

Paikka rannalla Windy Hill sijaitsee Windy Hill-osassa North Myrtle Beachiä, vain muutaman minuutin päässä Barefoot Landing -kadusta. Istu alas ja rentoudu katsellen ihmisiä rannalla tai suuntaa alas rantaan ja nauti mukavasta kävelymatkasta tai kurkkua Atlantin valtamerellä.

Kun on päivällisaika, tässä huoneistossa on kaikki mitä tarvitset tehdä ateria tai suunnata Barefoot Landingiin, joka sijaitsee noin 1 ½ mailin päässä hyvää ateriaa varten monissa ravintoloissa, jotka ovat käytettävissä hemmotteluasi varten. Beach condo

Next to beach, beach view from condo, balcony with patio but furniture on patio not as pictured and not in great shape. Still enjoyed stay and the ocean view. Check in and out easy.

Not exactly what we expected

Newly Renovated-hardly……..The internet was basically non existent despite asking the property manager to take action. It was freezing cold and standing out in the rain to get service in the parking lot was not as expected. The hallway contained the kitchen, yes the kitchen; Cockroaches in bathrooms. TV frightful; So much dust on the bottom side of one chair; chair cushions dirty; balcony the size of postage stamp and not suitable for 4 guests; no beach towels; master bedroom closet filled to overflowing with mops, brooms, pails, flip flops and goodness knows what else! Oh yes and the online advert showed a washer and dryer but did not mention there was one washer and dryer on floors 1/3/5 and not physically within the unit!

Smaller than the photos indicate

Great location, and a decent condo, but a bit worn and rundown. Probably could use a bit more "renovation." Nice pool and hot tub, and a short walk to beach. Close to Barefoot Landing. Many restaurants nearby. Great view from deck overlooking pool area and beach. The description says "Newly renovated", but I would say the renovation needs to be competed.

Cozy place on the beach

We had a very good stay! Loved waking up, sitting on the lanai sipping coffee, watching the waves roll in. Beach was clean and not too busy. Pool was the perfect temperature. We had a very nice stay! Just wished we could of stayed longer.

This place was dirty. We always wipe up surfaces upon arriving where we are staying with Clorox wipes but we had to do some cleaning to try to feel a little comfortable especially with our 18 month old. We did not feel comfortable and would never stay here again. The floors were black, there was dust everywhere, black mold in the showers and toothpaste splattered on the bathroom sink faucets just to list a few things. Will never stay here again.

Vacation 2023

The place was pretty. Nice area but One big inconvenience, the elevator got hit by lightning a few days before we arrived. They called to tell us which one was nice . we were told hopefully back in service Monday or Tuesday. As it turned out it was not going to be fixed the remaining time of our vacation. That’s the only what incident that was disappointing about our 2023 vacay!! Sincerely Chrystal Bean

Great Experience

Overall our stay was great. We do like to eat breakfast and lunch at "home" while on vacation and do recommend some updated cookware and some plastic dishes. We have a 3 year old and glass isnt the safest bet. But the view was beautiful, the staff at North Beach Realty and APATB were super friendly. The space is small but worked well for our family of 4.

Nice visit. Place was much smaller than I imagined

The rooms were much smaller than I imagined; 4 people kind of ran into each other. 4 people could not all sit on balcony together. Kitchen stock is minimal at best. King bed-I slept well!! Hated the plexiglass on balcony - impedes a breeze. Paid clothes washer & dryer was disappointing. Beach was awesome!!!

Close to the beach.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here. It’s not a huge place but it’s quiet and right on the beach. The view is amazing and the people are very friendly.

Unit was clean but too many unkept small problems. Price vs unit was not accurate. Unit needs updating from the problems and furniture was worn out. Very disappointed in what was advertised to actual property.

Basically nice condo

Condo is small and cute, photos are great, when we arrived, there was only 1 sliding glass door on shower and a liner that is torn at top, the toilet paper holder is coming out of wall, we called to report it, stated not necessary to repair, wanted to make them aware. Friday we go out, come back and someone has been in condo, Go into bathroom and they have put cardboard in hole, and left all plaster they pulled out in trash can and left it all over bathroom floor, still not repaired. We contacted rental, they were very sorry, would look into why they came and asked if we wanted someone to come clean it up.description says ocean front,condo building is on angle, you see ocean, but we couldn’t see sunrise as angled building blocked it, kind of disappointing,but know next time to ask about seeing the actual sunrise on balcony.

The ONLY downside to this property is it is located right beside a public beach parking lot.

The building itself could use a overhaul, it is definitely weathered but the condo was perfectly spacious for a family of 3. The property manager I dealt with was both professional and personable; a huge plus. I will mention again, the only negative I had with the stay was the constant traffic beside the building; due solely in part to the public beach parking lot. Overall the property is most certainly worth considering.

Good place to stay for last minute booking

Check in was super efficient and quick. The condo living area is smaller than it appeared on the listing and was not very comfortable for the four of us to sit around but being at the beach we don’t spend a lot of time inside anyway. The location and view were awesome and shopping was within a 5-10 minute drive. We would stay here again.

That was the name of our condo!! And what an appropriate name!! Clean, comfy, convenient and cozy is how I will describe it!! My daughter and I had a fantastic week!! I recommend this place to anyone!!
