The property is next to the beach and a short drive from the fishing pier, jet ski rentals, and nice restaurants.The view was fantastic.The kitchen and bathrooms are dated, however, clean. It had only a minimal amount of cooking utensils, so if you plan to cook, plan to pack from home or buy locally. It had pots and pans, but the utensils weren’t the greatest. If you plan to make smoothies or Tex-Mex, bring your own blender. The blender wouldn’t purée anything. Each room had a flatscreen and the Wi-Fi worked great. The handle and latch for the sliding glass door to the small deck was broken and didn’t lock. Would I stay again, absolutely. A

Amazing View & Spacious layout

This property is exactly what is stated. Spacious with enough beds to accommodate our stay. The balcony view to the ocean was amazing! We had a great stay. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

Great Location but needs updating

Great location and property. The unit itself is outdated and lacks a deeper cleanliness than ones we have stayed in previously. It suited our needs and had a good layout but needs some attention on the interior.

Resting on the beach with side of family time.

Anyone looking for a great location to beach and spacious rental to spend family time should be absolutely fine with this rental. Five-minute walk to beach, 5-minute drive to grocery and numerous great places to eat.

A+ for spaciousness. A+ for balcony view of ocean, and pool. A+ for proximity to grocery, shopping, and restaurants. A+ for kitchen and laundry appliances. Upon our arrival the towel bar in the master bathroom was lying on the back of the jacuzzi tub. Everything was clean except the carpets which I reported upon departure. You may want to report anything like this to the rental company when you arrive. They charged me a $49 damage fee. Now, about the kitchen: the top bar in the fridge was missing, making it useless to store food there. There is a ton of cabinet space for storage and, everything is white including the counter tops. Coffee maker is a Mr. Coffee brand drip. If you plan to cook meals in this kitchen you may want to bring or buy the following: your chef’s knives, scissors, pots, pans, skillets, and a good can opener. The only things I found useful cooking was a drawer full of utensils, and a pizza pan I used to bake biscuits on. I didn’t plan to cook a lot on this trip but, a decent knife to slice a tomato would have been nice. The bedroom with the queen bed and private bath- there’s a trash bag covering the window facing the entrance. Thought my kids were going to have to draw straws for the other room. It’s hard to find an affordable oceanfront property suitable for our family of ten to stay together under one roof. Thank you for sharing your beach house with us. We did enjoy it.

Best vacation ever!

Loved everything! Condo was perfect and so convenient to activities, literally across the street from barefoot landing complex! Neighbors were all friendly and saw some cute dogs 🐶 plenty of space for family game night and meals. We will definitely be back! 10 out of 10 !♥️♥️♥️🌴🌴🌴

Great location

We really liked the condo and the location is great regarding the beach not too crowded. Plenty of parking, close to restaurants and shopping (barefoot landing). No big deal complaints are the HVAC is quite loud and some of the caulking behind the kitchen sink and in the master shower could be replaced. We definitely will be back if we need a 3 or 4 bedroom beachfront condo again.

Very Nice Condo. Beautiful Ocean View.

We enjoyed the condo and our stay. Glad to have a 4 bedroom condo. They are harder to find. Maintenance was very responsive. Clean property. Great location. The beds could be a little more comfortable but when you travel they are never as comfy as home. I would also recommend upgrading the key situation to a keyless and eliminating going to a different location to pick up / drop off keys. I always worry that the locks could be the same for many guests and I don't like that. Other than that it was all good.

Home away from home

I absolutely loved this property! I honestly don't have any complaints. Everything exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed the quietness of the area. The property was very spacious to accommodate my father, my 4 kids, spouse and a stepdaughter! I Definitely plan to stay at this property every year for our beach vacation. Love. Love. Love!

I loved the sitting areas on the balcony and the living room. The kitchen could use more dishes and appliances. It was disappointing that there was no toaster or Keurig. The place was clean. The beds were not the most comfortable but over all the visit was great!

Beautiful Place

The place was absolutely beatuiful and also very clean!! We were right on the beach like expected. Only issue was the parking this time around. Some parking spots were closed down and we had trouble finding a place to park but other than that, it was great!!!

The property is very dated, it could definitely use some upgrades. The TVs weren’t working our first night but they did get maintenance out to fix them the next day. We made it work but we wouldn’t stay again or recommend.

The condo was very old and rundown

The shower in the master bath had a large amount of soap scum. The ceiling in the master bath was chiping and peeling. It looked like there was blood on the light switch in the master bedroom closet. The kitchen was very poorly equipped. There was no sponge, garbage bags and no foil or parchment paper. Cabinets were dirty as well as the pots and pans. We will not stay here again.

Fun Family Vacation

We booked this property because of the location directly on the beach, and the size and number of bedrooms and bathrooms that could accommodate our family. It worked out perfectly for the seven of us! The property was just as pictured, with a great view and nice amount of space in the living room and kitchen. The balcony was large and had enough chairs for everyone, although the chair legs were rusted out at the bottoms. Linens and towels were included, and the kitchen was well stocked. The only issues were in cleanliness; the entire outside of the front door frame was covered with mold, and the inside of the Master bathroom shower was covered with thick black mold. The shower curtains in the other two bathrooms were filthy, and one was ripped. There were also some places in bathrooms and living room where there were discarded items from previous tenants (a hair scrunchie, bobby pin, Q-Tip, etc...). There were also some missing blankets for the beds, and a missing bar in the refrigerator door. We immediately called North Beach Realty about these issues, and they sent someone right over with blankets, a bedspread, and 2 shower curtains. The woman was very nice, and had brought cleaning supplies that she used with lots of elbow grease to clean the Master shower. It looked much better afterwards. We appreciated the quick response. We thoroughly enjoyed the ten days that we stayed there; the weather was perfect, the pool was great, and we were just steps from the beach. We would recommend this property!
