The Space:
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. We provide a contact-free check in and the entrance-way is in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas.
Parking: Easy access private parking. You will have 2 parking passes. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.
Entry: **No Elevator** Must walk up stairs to the 3rd floor. Self check-in with keypad access code.
Kitchen: Newly updated floors/appliances/cabinets! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.
Family room: Spacious with plenty of seating. Access to oceanview balcony
A/C: Central HVAC system with easy to use control panel.
Bedroom 1: King bed! TV. Bathroom attached.
Bath 1: Attached to bedroom 1.
Bedroom 2: Two beds - bunk style!
Bathroom 2: Located in the hallway.
Balcony: Peaceful view. Seating on balcony.
Beach: Across the street from the complex!
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the condo (other than locked owners closets) and the complex grounds.

Getting Around:
The complex offers easy access parking for guests. Guests can also get an Uber/Lyft to where ever you need to go.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: This unit is located near the street and it is possible that you will hear traffic noises. Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.
Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the 3rd Wednesday. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform
No pets. Max guest count is 5.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.

We give our guests space to enjoy their vacation but are available through the app if they need us!
