Located on the 3rd floor of the Beach Cove Resort, this bright and inviting 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is the perfect setting for your next family beach getaway. It comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests.

THE RESORT
Guests will have full, private access to the entire condo unit. Our keyless entry system allows you to bypass the front desk and go straight to your unit upon arrival.

Golf Carts & Bikes
North Myrtle Beach is golf-cart friendly, with rentals available nearby. Biking around Ocean Drive and Barefoot Landing is popular.

Ride share
Uber, Lyft, and local taxis operate throughout the area and are easy to use.

Airport
Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) is about a 25-minute drive from the resort.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE
- Self Check-In: Go straight to your condo upon arrival! Access is managed by a coded lock. You will receive your unique access code in a welcome email on the day of your arrival.
- Beach Gear: Please note that beach equipment such as umbrellas and chairs are not provided. They are available for seasonal rental directly from the on-site lifeguards.
- Long-Term Stays: Long-term stays are allowed, making this an ideal choice for an extended coastal escape..
- Safety: For your peace of mind, the condo is equipped with smoke alarms and a first aid kit.
- Parking Limitations: No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.
- Resort Facility Restrictions: Access to the on-site restaurant, arcade, and fitness center is reserved for resort owners and is NOT available to our guests.

- 1 big bath towel per guest (No Linen Refresh)

- Washer and Dryer are NOT in the condo but available on the `P` level of the resort.
We provide starter essentials only and all replacement items will be the guests responsibility. Towels and linens are not replaced by the host during their stay, but can be refreshed at the (in-building laundry area)

POTENTIAL OFF-SEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the off-season (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grand Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Off-season rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.

- Rental Agreement must be signed within 1 hour of booking and again 24 hours before check-in if prompted.

Smoking & Vaping
- No smoking or vaping inside the condo, on the balcony, or anywhere on resort property.
- $200+ cleaning fee applies for violations.

Pets
- Per Resort No pets allowed however, ADA compliant service animals permitted.
- Helps maintain a clean and allergy-free environment.

Quiet Hours
- Resort quiet hours: 11 PM – 7 AM
- Please avoid loud music and disturbances.

Maximum Occupancy
- Maximum guests: 4
- Only registered guests may stay overnight.

Parties & Events
- No parties, events, or gatherings beyond occupancy limits.

Property Care
- Treat the condo with respect.
- Guests are responsible for damages, excessive mess, or missing items.
- Do not move furniture or remove items from the unit.

Safety
- Lock all doors and windows when leaving.
- Locate fire exits and fire extinguisher upon arrival.

Parking Rules
