The Havens #331 is an inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located within a secure building in Barefoot Resort. Positioned on the 3rd floor with elevator access, this condo offers all the amenities necessary for a perfect vacation getaway.

The spacious kitchen features ample counter space and is fully equipped with all the necessary tools and utensils for cooking. Enjoy quick meals at the kitchen seating area or gather for family dinners in the dining room. The living room is generously sized and comfortable, featuring new flooring throughout and a large flat-screen TV for entertainment.

The primary bedroom boasts a queen bed along with an en suite bathroom, and it also includes a trundle bed for additional sleeping space, ideal for accommodating children. The second bedroom also features a queen bed, with another full bathroom conveniently located in the hallway. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV for added convenience and entertainment.

The Havens community offers a refreshing pool and grill area for residents to enjoy. Access to the pool requires pool passes, which will be provided. Additionally, during the summer months, guests can take advantage of the complimentary shuttle service running hourly, providing convenient transportation to the beach access or Barefoot Landing. A detailed shuttle schedule will be included in your arrival package. Guests also have access to the North Tower pool with the appropriate pass—feel free to inquire for more information.

Barefoot Landing, located just across the Waterway, is a vibrant area with numerous attractions and dining options. Attend a show at The Alabama Theater or enjoy live music at The House of Blues. Take a leisurely stroll through Barefoot Landing, exploring the diverse shops and enjoying scenic water views. Family Vacation

This is a very nice property the listing is very accurate, the management staff was very helpful and courtesy. The only issue we had was the cleanliness of the condo. We found random hairs all over the place to include inside the refrigerator this is very unfortunate because we had to clean the entire condo before venturing out for the evening. I would suggest a better cleaning staff prior to future visitors staying.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was nice. Plenty of space in the condo. Loved the screened in porch. The pool across the road was not busy. Would recommend it to anyone who is okay with not walking to the beach.

It was ok but not as clean as we had hoped especially the master bath.

Large unit that met our needs for the week. It was not as clean as we are used to when renting especially the master bedroom/bathroom. The bed in the middle bedroom was so firm it was literally like sleeping on a brick. It was terrible! We would definitely rent in the Barefoot Resort again just not this particular property. Also, we were surprised by the lack of communication prior to our visit. I booked online, signed the contract and paperwork sent to me and then never heard from them again. I knew nothing about the location/address of the unit and how to check-in after hours (we had a late flight). Finally the day that we were to check in I emailed the property manager and had to request where to go and what to do when we arrived. When renting, I’m accustomed to receiving that information (without having to request it) a few days prior to our arrival. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience but it was just an OK experience.
