Awesome Condo. !

What a great place! Great location! Clean and a well stocked kitchen. We were in the age range from 5 years old to 92. Quick easy check in and check out. Lots of space. We already talking about coming back next year, and everyone agreed we want the same condo. We had no problem with the door lock, just follow the directions they give you. 5 stars all the way!

Property was perfect, family had a wonderful time, just wish the parking lot was not across the street from the condo. Grandchildren loved the pool and lazy river. Great fun!!

Great location. Awesome property amenities to entertain age ranges from 5 months to 77 years. One minor suggestion would be to add a K-Cup brewing machine.

Smelly, Old, Poor Management

Where do I begin. Condo was old, smelled (you get use to it). Condo owners must not EVER go there. Bedroom with pullout couch - the ceiling fan will drive you insane, the loudest screeching/scratching noise, it was horrible and the t.v would not work and was never fixed. All the bedrooms - blankets and pillows were an inch thick (2) pillows to a bed (no pillow for pullout couch, they only say to bring your own sheet and blanket). The comforter is from the 1970’s motel scratchy window curtain feel. Bring your own blankets and pillows. They provide one bath towel per person, bring extra or just keep washing. Master bath is loaded with black mold. Hall bath shower head broke 2nd day there and they were notified twice - was never fixed, so we paid for a 4 bedroom and 3 bath for 8 of us 5 ladies and 3 mens - wasn’t fun. Both set of keys were extremely hard and seemed almost impossible, to turn at times. Don’t send your teenager to the room. They do not specify where to locate the starter bag of toilet paper/paper towels, just keep searching. The sliding glass door is so hard to open and close and my mom having RA - she used her arms shoulders to open and close and she’s pretty bruised from using them to help. Stays hot in there, not the best A/C. Overall it was like staying at your local motel. Living room furniture, old musty smells and stays damp. Communication with management sucks, I’ve always went thru the owners on VRBO - I’m going to stick with that from now on, not a third party. This condo was perfect with the 4 bed/4 bath (if the 4th bath/shower was accessible) for the 8 of us. Location was perfect with the pool/lazy river and beach access being so accessible - was amazing for my 11 year old. Quick restaurant next door super easy convenient and on the water. Not many condos with the 4 beds and 4 bath, 3 rooms having its own bath and then the one room share’s the hall bath. Good luck and enjoy your vacation!

Great location, excellent communication, perfect for our needs

Property perfectly suited for 7 adults. Could use some freshening up of paint, shower caulking etc but just as described. **Need to know that ONLY umbrellas can be used on the beach in season. Would’ve been good to know in advance, would never have imagined that rule for the beach here. Not a rule at any other beach we’ve ever been to. Also- I’m season- the beach is super crowded but we had a great time regardless.

We really enjoyed our stay here! This was our first time in North Myrtle Beach and it did not disappoint. The condo was very nice and the view was fantastic! Will definitely consider returning.

Great visit

Our only complaint would be that we didn’t get to check in until after 5:30. The room was not clean when we arrived at 3:00 so we were told we could pick up the keys and it would be ready in about a half hour. We waited but when we went to the room it was still not clean and no one was there cleaning it. Besides this oir stay was amazing. Pretty sure this was just a little miscommunication. Thanks so much for having us.

Suite 1410

This is a beautiful, ocean front suite. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The kitchen was very modern. Everything was clean. We enjoyed the balcony and view of the ocean. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially on check in day. Loved the Lazy River, hot tub, and pool. I would definitely stay there again.

Great property for a group

Great place to stay for 10 people. Property was clean, parking wasn’t the best because it is a parking garage with 6ft 4inch clearance and one elevator. All in all I enjoyed the stay. Close to what we wanted and it was at a street light for the main road on Myrtle.

Family trip 2021

The condo was better than we thought. Even though the furniture is outdated and need to be cleaned, beds are uncomfortable, the balcony door was hard to open from the outside and there were no pot holders or towels for the kitchen, but otherwise the kitchen was well stocked and plenty of room and a great location. Our family had a great time and we would rent this place again.

Great View

The view from the balcony was wonderful, and overall our stay was nice! My biggest problem was we were told we couldn’t be there any earlier than 4 so we didn’t show up until 4:45 and the cleaning staff were still in the condo. My 10 month old was crawling around and her pants would be black. Property owners may want to consider another cleaning service. Also, the toilet in the hall bathroom would not stop running and we ended up having to turn the toilet off because of the terrible noise.

Great family vacation

We normally do cruises but since they were cancelled we do a land vacation. Had never been to Myrtle Beach so we thought we would try it. It was a hit...loved the beach and the condo was great. So spacious and nice for all 6 of us.

The condo layout was very nice! Three of the four bedrooms have private bathrooms - 4th bedroom utilizes the main bathroom directly across the hallway. The kitchen was appointed well with dishware, cookware, silverware and utensils. Balcony view was awesome! Fabric furniture in the living room was dirty and dingy - we placed towels over anything we sat on. We wondered about the bed coverings, if they are actually ever laundered, so we bought cheap comforters at Walmart for our personal use and placed their coverings off to the side. Carpeting was also dirty - bare feet were turning black after walking around for just a few minutes. Had some issues that had to be directed to the property management -- this was challenging, as response was very slow. Had to call four times in two days regarding a very slow draining bathtub. Also got bad information from the management regarding the lazy river having their own tubes or not (they don't), so bring your own if you want to float. Onsite security and maintenance at Crescent Shores was very good. Security monitored the parking deck at all hours of the day and night. The pools were always monitored to be sure swimmers were actual residents of the property. Overall, the property was okay and our family enjoyed their time there.

The place needs to be clean and upgrades

The place need bit of upgrade and deep cleaning. We had some problems with the kitchen sink, refrigerator and the Air conditioner wasn’t working as well. They need to replace all the pots and pans too. The apartment was big enough of a family of 8 and great location too. Hopefully they get the pace some repairs and better cleaning company. The apartment was super dusty and the comforter was dirty too.

The pool and hot tubs were only open twice the whole week! The indoor pool was only open once! The day the beach was red flag and rough...both pools and hot tubs were closed!!!! This was a REALLY problem with kids!!!

Location Location Location

The condo was a very nice place to stay for the seven of us. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location is excellent for restaurants, shopping, etc. and of course, it's oceanfront. Property was also well-maintained.

Great location-dated condo

Check in at the property itself is a zoo... you have to walk your cart across ocean blvd! Condo was not clean, cabinet door was broken (they fixed) carpet was not clean, no cushions on outside chairs, they are made for them and need them, Very spacious though and mngmt team is very responsive
