We absolutely loved this property and had a wonderful week with family and friends.The living room furniture and layout are great. Very comfortable and conducive to hanging out and spending time together. Spacious dining table with room for our whole group! Washer and dryer was great! All the kitchen amenities were good. The beds were comfortable. The guest bathrooms were a little older and showing some age but who cares. It was clean and got the job done!We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. (The lazy river tubes were a bit small for us big old people). Beach access was excellent. We all thought that the property was perfectly situated close to Myrtle Beach activities (Barefoot Landing and restaurants)This was our first time at this condo and at in the Windy Hills area but we think this will be our new favorite spot in NMB. North Beach Realty was great to work with. Check in and out was easy. We got in town a little early and the condo was ready and it was great to be granted access to rest after our long drive. Overall one of the best condos we've stayed at in NMB.

Wonderful NMB Vacation!

We stayed one week at an oceanfront condo on NMB. The property was perfectly located on the beach, within walking distance of several shops, a few restaurants, adequate parking garage, showers on the beach, nice pool, lazy river and friendly staff. The condo had a commercial washer, which was very convenient. We had 6 adults in our group and one child. Our condo was on the 1st floor. We rarely heard noise from the pool or lazy river. It would have been handy to have digital access entry, but we coordinated our comings and goings so it was not that much of an inconvenience. The condo was nicely decorated and was very welcoming. We all hated our vacation came to an end! I would highly recommend this property!

Quick Trip!

We made last minute plans to go to Myrtle Beach for Memorial Day weekend. Condo was in a great spot with easy access to shops, restaurants & activities. The kids LOVED the lazy river!! It was a hit! Was really nice being ocean front and not having to go far to have your toes in the sand!

Wonderful location, with beautiful view of the beach🌊

The house was beautiful, with a beautiful view of the beach 🏖️ There was plenty of room for our family, house had everything we needed. The only down side was that there were ants on the kitchen counters . It was really annoying. Also when we checked in there was a used toothpick sitting on the shelf in the dining room are. But overall the house was great. We made wonderful memories.

Last birthday of a dear friend

My husband and I and another dear friend of Cheryl took her to the ocean - one of her final wishes. She was able to see and hear the ocean and share wonderful memories. We ordered dinners out from door dash The condo Master bedroom was perfectly situated for my friend and the balconies perfect for fresh air and sun. Cheryl passed away less than a week after we left.. My heart is full knowing she got one of her last wishes. Not even sure I remember any negatives except for drawer pulls and Bathroom door locking.. It was magical

Very Nice Condo!

Our vacation was very good! The pros and cons. The units pros are: good space, layout, well equipped kitchen, furnishings were nice, rug in den was nice for our infant to craw around on. The cons are: The check in process was tedious & I would strongly suggest to owners to use keyless entry coded lock system that allows guests to go straight to unit to eliminate both the need for offsite check in & out as well as not having to keep up with keys! This was a pain in the fanny for us. The only other recommendation we have is to invest in some good fluffy pillows. The mattresses were comfy but the pillows took away from the sleeping experience. The agent gave us a wifi password that was not correct but luckily it was posted in the unit. They also told us that pool wrist bands would be in unit and they were not. We did not need them though but it was inaccurate. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great place but dirty

Loved it all but it seemed as if the place had never really been cleaned with the exception of sheets changed, towels dropped off and counters in kitchen wiped down The floors were sandy, ac vents caked with dirt and dusts, same thing the intake closet, showered and toilets not cleaned, no dusting on any tables etc The place looks just like it is in the pictures and the community and location are great!!

We had an amazing time and the property was perfect for our group of 10. The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the easy access to the beach. The entire place was well kept and we were able to get in touch with people who acted quickly when we had any issues.

Beautiful ocean view, spacious, nice decor - just as described.

Loved the ocean view! We were on the first floor in this 109 unit - great for someone who doesn't like high floors or elevator waits during busy times. We were on the left end of the building facing the ocean, just above the pool. The first floor is above ground. You have a full ocean view, ahead and all the way down to the right. The spacious balcony had 6 chairs lots of room, great place to relax morning thru night. You can see the people at the pool and hear their radio, but it was not a problem, in fact, one person who was there actually asked if their music was too loud and turned it down. Parking across the street was convenient, elevators easy access, unloading zone/spots by the elevators is handy. Beautiful beach for long walks. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends!!

Memorial Day Weekend Stay

The property looooks exactly like the pictures. We enjoyed the size of the unit and the quiet family environment. The downside of the unit was the overwhelming amount of flies and gnats in the condo. Even with the supplied bug spray it was too much. Also my 9 year old was questioned by a woman at the pool about what unit he was staying in. It was completely unnecessary.

Great location

Great location to restaurants/Barefoot landing, Food lion store. 1st floor condo up a level. Fully stocked kitchen, very roomy condo. Very nice condo right on the beach. My only dislike was there is no bathroom around pool area (so we were going up to room each time). Later in the week a maintenance guy showed us the public one on the outside of property to the left when facing the ocean (closer than walking to room). Non the less this is no ones fault, it was built that way years ago for people to live there not rent. Times have changed. Over all pleased with everything else.

Well kept modern condo with ocean and sunrise/sunset views

The condo was well appointed and obviously well kept. I felt very much at home. It felt as if the owners had just left for the day and left every thing in order. The condo has a great view of the ocean and the sunrise and sunset. The 4 bedroom layout includes one jack and jill bathroom so two guests will have to share. I loved being on the first floor (above ground level) and able to walk down a short flight rather than always using the elevator. It's in a quiet neighborhood so noise is no problem. I recommend this condo.

Family vacation

We had a great week! Condo is very pretty, nicely decorated and very spacious. Liked being on the first floor as we could use the stairs and avoid the elevator as much as possible during COVID. Lazy river was closed but kids still enjoyed the pool. Great beach access

Great place but extremely dirty

I don’t know if this is just the way the housekeepers cleaned but we came and the floors literally looked like no one cleaned them. Our 3 one year olds all had black knees from crawling on them. We cleaned the floors ourselves and the tag was white but when we finished it was all literally black. We cleaned the floors a couple times a day because of the children. And by the third time the rag was coming out clean even with people walking around all the time. Why was is so dirty I’m not sure. Dust was everywhere like it hasn’t been cleaned for months. We were truly disappointed. If this room was clean then we would have no issues, but it was soo dirty I’m not sure we are willing to return to that.

We loved the location of the property. A little disappointed that there were no chairs available at the pool and two of the pools were closed but understand that it was due to the current circumstances, otherwise our stay was great!
