Sijaitsee osoitteessa 1707 Perrin Drive, Malibu Pointe on osakehuoneisto, jossa on Karibian hohto. Tässä 4 makuuhuoneen 4 kylpyyksikössä on 1 king, 2 parivuode, 4 erillistä vuodetta ja nukkuva 10 ihmistä.

Tältä 9. kerroksen parvekkeelta on erinomainen merinäköala. Kaikissa huoneissa on 25 ”taulutelevisio, jossa on sisäänrakennettu DVD-soitin, ja 42” LCD-taulutelevisio, HDTV olohuoneessa. Koko perheesi voi nauttia mitä tahansa kaapelikanavaa he haluavat. Siellä on täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja graniittiset. Laitteisiin kuuluu sisäänrakennettu mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukone, tasainen liesi, vierekkäin varustettu jääkaappi sisävedellä ja jäällä. On täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivaaja yksikössä sekä Internet-yhteys. Päämakuuhuoneessa on upea näköala parvekkeelta sekä poreallas ja erillinen suihku rentoutumiseesi. Kiinteistön palveluihin kuuluu ulko- ja sisäuima-altaat, poreallas sekä ihana laiska joki ja kiddy-allas. Niille aikuisille, jotka haluavat treenata, on lasinen suljettu kuntosali, josta on upea näköala merelle ja uima-altaan alueille. Tämä ominaisuus ei ole moottoripyöräystävällinen!

Good enough

The unit was large and accommodated our group very well. The bedrooms and bathrooms really need to be updated. The beds arent very comfortable and the bed linens were cheap. The kitchen and dining area was very comfortable being the only space that seems to have been updated. We were not able to redeem any "free attraction tickets" we never got an answer or return call from the service number provider. Won't be choosing this property again.

Great location, lots to do!

Very much enjoyed our stay, even with the rain most of the week we still hot in the lazy river and hot tub. On the one sunny day we had, the beach was right close by to enjoy!

Nice place

A very nice and clean place. If there was one or two criticisms, it would be that the pots and pans to cook with were very old and hard to use. Also, the lack of basic cleaning items, spray for the kitchen and a sponge or two, made it hard to clean the kitchen. Other than that, it was a very nice condo and we enjoyed ourselves.

Great place very close to the beach

The condo was just like the description, very large common area that we enjoyed and the pool was awesome since we stayed their during the Abby storm. The condo at a glance looked clean but on our first night we found a cockroach in the master bedroom and another in the living room. I planned on reaching out to the owner in the morning but coincidentally pest control came by the next morning. It didn't become a huge issue for us but unfortunately first impression matter. Everything in the condo worked as expected, my recommendation would be to have some of the bathrooms doors tuned up as they don't close very well. Would i stay here again, yes and i would recommend since the owner seems to be taking a proactive approach to the pest control and location of this unit. Overall we had a great time!

This property is in a quiet living location with life nearby. The facility itself was clean and spacious. It had an indoor heated pool and an outside Jacuzzi. The balcony has a great view of the beach.

Upgrades needed

The house was definitely appropriate for seven people, the accommodations were perfect! However, the floor was dirty, the couches were filthy, some of the lamps did not work, and the master bathroom and the bathroom with the full beds in it the sinks, drained, extremely slow.

Best Family Vacation

We absolutely loved this vacation condo! Our family of 10 had more than enough space. Bonus was having a bathroom/shower in every bedroom! Perfect location and short walk to the beach. We will definitely book again! Thank you for sharing your beach home with us. Priceless memories were made. ❤️❤️

Location was good. Very busy part of beach, lots of people . Great restaurant across the street. Building is older but functional. Pools were clean. Room was good with a few exceptions. 1. Beds are old and very uncomfortable. Owner should seriously think about new mattresses in ALL rooms. Master is really bad!! Slopes to one side. Hard as a rock. Extremely uncomfortable bed!! 2. Big couch is about shot. 3. Master Sinks were slow to drain. Called maintenance and they promptly arrived and cleared clogs but they reclogged the next day. 4. Tile floor throughout means lots of sweeping up sand. Floor always felt gross. Vacuum was not working. Swept a lot. Good points - elevators work great. Hot tub was wonderful. Kitchen had everything we needed. Washer and dryer worked good. Overall, not bad. Needs a bit of updating and definitely new mattresses.

Personal space

For mature ladies, playing in a golf tournament. We each required our own bedroom and bathroom so this unit fit the bill perfectly. We had our own personal space, and plenty of room to be together in common areas. The kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils, pans, And dishware. We were able to enjoy a home cooked meal on the evenings. We finished our golf rounds early. The view from the balcony to the ocean is spectacular. However, in March it was too cold for us to enjoy. The view from the front door watching the sunset was also spectacular from the ninth floor. I would rent this unit again and look forward to learning about the other amenities. However, if you enjoy Keurig, you need to bring your own.
