Sunrise Pointe is located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach.

Some of the spectacular on-site amenities includes a large outdoor pool, lazy

river, kiddie pool, an in-door pool, a multi level parking garage . This 3

bedroom / 3 Bath oceanfront condo features a fully equipped kitchen with

breakfast bar, DW, Washer & Dryer, TVs in all rooms (flat screen) and 2 DVD

players. The oceanfront balcony spreads across the entire width of the condo

with access from Living Room & Master Bedroom. On April, 2018, Cherry Grove

was voted the best beach in South Carolina in USA TODAY's 10 Best Readers'

Choice contest. Family attractions, golf & miniature golf, amusement park,

waterspouts & fishing are all in close proximity to Sunrise Pointe. We rent

strictly to families and mature persons over the age of 25. Property Manager,

Inc cannot rent to teenage or college age groups, even if accompanied by an

older chaperone. House party groups are NOT allowed. Should a house party

attempt to occupy a property, they will be denied entrance or evicted, with no

refund. Properties are privately owned and reflect the individual tastes of

the owner. Saturday to Saturday - Weekly Rentals Only. Trip Insurance

available for an additional fee. No Smoking allowed in Unit, balcony, or on

either side of entrance. No Pets, Boats, Motorcycles, Golf Carts, Trailers, or

RV's allowed.
