Homeowner Disclosure of Exterior Cameras
There are 2 outdoor cameras. One is located at the front door and the camera can view the individuals entering and exiting unit 7D. The second camera is located outside on the rear of the unit (balcony) in the upper right corner, facing the Ocean.
Note: There may be security cameras in the common areas of the condominium complex such as the hallways, parking area, and pools that are not owned or controlled by Elliott Realty, Inc. nor the owner of the condo.
